As Director and Shareholder for sbliving I work full time to ensure the continued success of sbliving in providing an excellent service to both our landlord and tenant clients. I founded sbliving in 2007 and the brand has enjoyed consistent growth and success through hard work and referrals from satisfied clients. I have been pleased to oversee sbliving purchasing new offices at the start of 2013 which are located in a prime location and will provide plenty of much needed space for new additions to our team.
I was born in Leeds and studied Business and Management at University and had a keen interest in property from an early age with my parents owning multiple properties. Following graduation I secured a role for a local property developer gaining valuable experience over 6 years continuous employment in property acquisitions, finance, development, trading and management of a large portfolio of properties. My employment ceased when the Credit Crunch arrived and ended property jobs for many people at that time and I decided to form my own company and brand, sbliving. My experience in property made me aware that hard work, attention to detail and a passion for what you are doing is essential to make property work for yourself and your clients and I ensure all my team are aware of this. I ask all my team when representing our clients to manage their property as if it were their own.
In addition to sbliving I am involved with a property refurbishment company which has gained me valuable experience and contacts to help my clients with their own maintenance issues and refurbishment projects while also allowing me to buy, refurbish and sell properties in my spare time.
Outside of work I enjoy regular training at the local gym, trips to Wales with my wife to visit her family and long walks with our dog Beamer.
