Elina Bland

As Head of Property Management for sbliving, I work full time to guarantee the continued success of sbliving in providing a superb service to both our landlord and tenant clients. I started work full time at sbliving in July 2012. Before this I worked for sbliving part time helping out and getting to know the business.

I was born in Russia and came to live to Wales at the age of 12. After finishing school and 6th form, I eventually ended up going to the University of Leeds to study Business Management and Russian Literature. Following graduation, I found a job working for a translation company to match my experience and language skills. However, eventually I left there to pursue a career in property and ended up at sbliving.

I have a real passion for people and try to practice staff engagement which I believe is key to retaining customers. Im working on process improvement methodologies and try to ensure that sbliving develops new and existing relationships with clients.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially with my little girl Raiya. I travel to Wales frequently with my husband to see my family and love the beach walks there with our dogs Beamer and Laska. With my friends, my real passion is to get together and have a good game of poker.
